Because our products are made to order using a print-on-demand production process, all items are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner Printful.

Returns

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we review the issue, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
